We only deliver in the Netherlands. We deliver the goods that you have ordered to the address that you provide us with when you place your order on this site. All prices of the items on this site include shipping. We ship your order as quickly as possible (within 1-8 days) with DHL. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the unavailability of someone to take delivery of the products. It is your responsibility to contact the post office or courier company regarding the goods that could not be delivered because you were not available. The current stock of an item is below the description of the relevant product.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you want to return your order, this can be done within 14 working days from the date you receive your order. Please send email to the address below:
State in your email to your order number and which product and quantity you want to return.
Pack the ordered item, in the original packaging and / or attachment of the labels (if reasonably possible) or part thereof and send it back to:

The buyer is responsible for the product and the shipping costs for returning an order.
You can return the product to us without limiting your right of withdrawal under Article 7, for example if the product is not the ordered product, it is damaged or defective or it concerns a quantity delivered incorrectly.
If goods are delivered with visible transport damage, you must – if possible – immediately report this damage to the delivery person and contact us as soon as possible. If you do not complain or do not contact us, this will not affect your legal rights and the enforcement thereof, in particular with regard to your legal right to guarantee. But then you help us assert our own rights towards the freight forwarder or the transport insurance.
If you wish to claim the legal guarantee, you must report the defect within 2 weeks of its discovery. After this you have the option to have the item repaired (if possible), if repair is not possible then you may select a replacement item or opt for a refund of the paid amount. This warranty expires when:
you, the buyer himself, tried to repair a defect,
you, the buyer have not (properly) followed the instructions and / or instructions for use,
you, the buyer has not used the item for which it is intended.
